Eureka! Aaron Phillips Makes The News
Student Aaron Phillips, foreground, collects samples from bone beds on what was the eastern shore of the Western Interior Seaway. After slowly dissolving the rocks in acid, he was left with a jumble of thousands of teeth and bone fragments to sort under the microscope.
The Fall issue of Eureka, the Alumni magazine of Carleton University (where I obtained my B.Sc. in Biology) has a cover article on me. Nothing you’ve not read about before but it also features an article on Vertebrate Palaeontology graduate student, Aaron Phillips, and a link to alumnus Ryan North’s Dinosaur Comics.
