A sequel of sorts to Hammer Films,
One Million Years B.C. (1966), WDRTE was directed by Val Guest and based on a story by J.G. Ballard who also invented the 27 word caveman language used in the film. The animated dinosaurs by Jim Danforth were nominated for an Oscar for visual effects.
